The Weekly Trainer Ride

We all know no one really 'likes' the trainer, so come suffer in company! Starting November 7 our Weekly Road Ride turns into the Weekly Trainer Ride! All are welcome. Workout will begin at 6:15pm and usually be 45-60 minutes.

This is a free workout. Just bring your bike and bring your trainer. We do have a few trainers you can borrow if you don't have your own. These are reserved on a first come first serve basis the week of the trainer ride. All we ask is a small $5 donation if you want, but it's not required.
